~Accounts are considered late on the 15th, and a $10 penalty will be added on that day (the 15th). Any amount (cents to dollar) left will pick up penalty fee.
~The amount entered on your account, when you are paying on it, will be whatever the check is written for or the amount the money order is made out for. You are responsible for the amount that you turn in.
~All bills are due by the 1st of the month. If accounts are not at a zero balance (no amount left due) on the 5th of the following month, services will be disconnected on the 6th.
~Accounts are subject to be disconnected after 30 days of no payment.
~If services are disconnected, it is required of you to pay the entire balance in full, plus the reconnection fee of $75.
~Any damages, cut locks (if you get locked out), or tampering with meter after disconnected, you will owe a tampering fee of $500 up front!
~If you are moving, do not take meter with you. If you steal the meter, you will be responsible for paying for that meter in full ($950).
~If your services are disconnected, it will not be back on until the day after full payment is made.
~Please be advised that the postal service takes 3 days for me to receive your payment if mailed. If you send it within 3 days of the considered late day, and I don’t receive it until the day after, you will still be charged a penalty.
~Please do not be rude or disrespectful with the office manager over the phone or in the office. If you are, you will be banned from calling or coming inside the building. This is to protect our office manager.
