The North Choctaw Water & Sewer Authority serves customers throughout North Central and West Central Choctaw County, including the following communities: Lisman, Riderwood, Pushmataha, Cromwell, Yantley, Halsell, Jachin, Rock Springs, Needham, Littlehope, Mollie, Robjohn, Brightwater, Victory Grove, Shady Grove, Scotts Mountain.

The North Choctaw Water & Sewer Authority is an ADEM permitted Community Water System serving approximately 1300 water customers. The sources of water supply consists of one well with a capacity of 400 gallons per minute. There are five storage tanks with a combined storage capacity of 575,000 gallons; four booster stations within the system; and approximately 360 miles of water mains throughout the service area with all but five miles consisting of PVC.
